Today Dan Loney, licensed marriage and family therapist, is back on the podcast to riff with me about how vital it is to consider kindness toward yourself when it comes to rest and recovery.
Whether you're experiencing tiredness, an injury, circumstances that require special tending, or any of many other things - it's so easy to lose sight of our needs in the midst of a busy society or the pressures of life.
We hope that this episode will be a sheltered place for you to land as you consider weaving in some rest and recovery when you need it.
Wishing you a beautiful week ahead.
