In today's episode, Kelli Willson and I talk candidly and from our hearts about self-worth, identity and connection.

We consider what it means to live in a society that can be damaging in its judgments, and how this can even unconsciously ebb away at our self-perception. We discuss how being mindful of these constructs can help to foster the knowing of our true identities and how that can inform the ways we relate and show up in the world.

I'm so grateful to Kelli Willson who, at a moment's notice, very graciously and generously came on as a guest co-host today. As I was preparing to do this episode solo, I couldn't stop thinking about how Kelli would be THE perfect person to speak on this topic.

Kelli is an educator and a spiritual leader who is BELOVED. No matter where in the world she goes, everyone is drawn to her. She genuinely loves people in a way that I can't even describe. It's an immensity of trueness that is so felt by anyone who crosses her path.

She brings this same candor, thoughtfulness, attunement and heartfelt perspectives to our conversation. I couldn't be more grateful to have her on the show.

Kelli Willson is an educator and spiritual leader who considers herself a lifelong learner. She has an extraordinary love for her family and is a beloved and active community member. She’s a lover of life and people, and has repeatedly been described as "someone who has never met a stranger."
