140: Have You Accidentally Put A Ceiling On Your Possibilities? - Being Coached From Afar Part 14

Are you putting an unnecessary ceiling on your possibilities? Or have you made a story, consciously or sub-consciously, that has kept you small? Does a comment from the past prevent you from expressing yourself?

In my work with clients over the years, as well as in my own life, it is so common to see someone existing under a ceiling of sorts. It's so sneaky that you might not even realize that it's there. It's very easy to accidentally ride along with limitations.

Today, we bring that awareness to the fore, and we talk about how to remove the barriers that are keeping you from living out the things that mean the most to you.

It is my PASSION for us all to be freed from unnecessary criticism, unfair marginalization and anything else that has kept our voices and expression small - so that this world will be more beautiful, more brilliant, more empathetic, more loving and more "anything-that-makes-you-uniquely-you" 🩵!
