118: The Importance of Finding People With Whom You Can Be Real - With Coach Laura Russell

As a human, she’s a long-time single working mom very familiar with the juggle and chaos. Most recently you’ll find her navigating her own messy middle as she’s discovering what it’s like to have a solid healthy relationship for the first time in her adult life (as well as figuring out what she wants her career to be like now that her kids are older teens and don’t need her as much).
