Starting out in the news industry: Federica De Caria

In today's episode I talk with a young video journalist on the rise in the industry. 

Federica De Caria is a 27-year-old staffer with British agency PA. She spent a long time cutting her teeth in the Falkland islands and now covers both domestic and international news. In this interview, we focus on the positives and negatives of being a woman in the industry and what advice she has for young journalists keen to build a career as a video journalist.
