The Howe Sound System - August 4th, 2012

The show starts out this week in recognition of Dead Can Dance and their reunion tour starting right here in Vancouver. We open with a lesser known track called The Writing On My Father's Hand then play a couple of their classics. Towards The Within and The Host Of Seraphim. The show comes even closer to home with the organic electronic vibes of the Nelson's Adham Shaikh, including an excellent collaboration with Mali's Issa Bagayogo. We bring it closer still with one from Take 5 a very talented local Vancouver artist and DJ. Tycho and Secede finish up this week with their tracks Coastal and Leraine.
