When I first started health coaching, I was TERRIBLE at running my client sessions. Honestly, it's a miracle that I made it this far because in hindsight, my lack of structure was pretty embarrassing.
These days, I'm much better at helping my clients get exactly what they want (and need!) out of our coaching sessions. I wanted to pass on what I've learned to you, which is why I've recorded this episode.
