In this episode Ashley discusses your responsibility for managing your energy and how you come across to your horse.  Is your horse's behavior a product of his environment, his own physical/mental/emotional state OR is it a product of how you make him feel in a given situation?  How you manage your fears, emotions, stress etc... can make or break your relationship with your horse.  This episode will give you some ideas on how to recognize and manage fear and how to keep your confidence and your horse's confidence your number one priority.
