The last installment for our month of Stephen King film adaptations (but certainly not the least) was the first Novel ever published by Stephen King and the first film adaptation of his stories.

Consensus: Sometimes they get it right the first time around... because this is probably one of the better (if not best) adaptations of King's stories. A simple premise with lot's of underlying creep and some amazing breakout performances by a few unknowns who have gone on to have very successful careers in films.
A must watch for all Stephen King and horror fans alike. (and Prom fans)
