Did you know that your physical being is as much an important factor in your relationship with God as your heart, soul and mind are? Even the Apostle Paul said to "Present your bodies a living sacrifice to God..."
This means there is a diligence required or an intentionality in our Christian walk. Let's not leave out this most important aspect of our spiritual life, the physical body.
