|19| Honey Lemon Shots: 75 (not so) hard, 2023 reflections + a little bickering

Happy New Year! This Honey Lemon Shot is a bit different this week. I'm joined by my lovely fiance (soon to be husband in 8 months) Len and we talk about some of our 2023 reflections.

Has anyone ever actually held up a New Year's Resolution? I genuinely want to know because I don't think I ever have. That's why we focused on reflections over resolutions. We also talk about our different philiosphies in staying committed to ourselves this year and how we are achieving that.
