In this episode of The Home Building and Remodeling Show we discuss why it is imperative for a builder or remodeler to help with the preconstruction steps in order to make sure the client moves forward with build or remodel.  Then we discuss why it is so hard for a custom home builder to give a price per sqft right off of the bat when asked by a client.  We dig into the make-up of a home build to give awareness to potential clients on some of the steps involved in coming up with a price to build a custom home.  We want to inform, educate, and have fun while discussing home building and remodeling.
