EP 61: "As One Was" to "As One Does", with Skylar - Part 2

Traci begins working with Skylar on the issues she's experiencing with her parents, using a variety of techniques. The fog begins to lift and Skylar changes her focus to the people who love and support her unconditionally. Traci then helps Skylar with some strategic goals to help her make the most of her time before surgery (pre-recording content that she can drip over the time she's healing), and using her spare time to rest, recover, and learn how to write comedy. Skylar also talks about how she's continued with traditional therapy, but with hypnotherapy added to her self care, she's able to make changes in herself very quickly.
