The Struggle of the Mind

When it comes to Higher Self - especially in moments of purely spiritual experience - the mind naturally tries (and understandably so) to make sense of it, to categorize it, even to claim it as part of its domain. But this simply doesn't work.

In this episode of the Higher Self Dialogues, I reflect on how the mind grapples with what is, by nature, beyond its grasp. Higher Self isn’t something the mind can fully hold or explain - and from the vantage point of higher self, the mind’s effort to do so can seem a little strange and feel uncomfortable.
