Over the next three weeks, we'll look at different tools we can use to develop our resilience, taking lessons from psychotherapy, voicework and mindfulness and hearing from other teachers along the way.
In this session, I share ten key traits and behaviours identified as being CORE to RESILIENCE - that we can all explore in order to understand what they mean to us and where it may serve us to pay some compassionate attention.

In this session, I also introduce a super simple tool that can be immensely useful in times of change - it’s something you may well be familiar with, so this could be simply a handy reminder of something you already have in your toolkit.
