These two are often viewed on opposite ends of the spectrum, but often coexist within the entrepreneur space. I first share how I personally have fallen for the comparison game when 5 close friends of mine made the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. I was comparing myself to their successes, I doubted my success, my accomplishments, and my impact. I then share the definition of imposter syndrome, feeling like a fraud and not worthy of your success and abilities. Research has shown that there is a scientific reason we experience this, but the good news is we can absorb and change this pattern. I share four things you can do to address imposter syndrome so you can start recognizing yourself and detaching from both of these battles.
