Johnny Hanna is a leader, entrepreneur, husband, and father of 8 children who has been an example of vulnerability and compassion, both at home and in the workplace. In this conversation he discusses his own experiences about losing family and friends to mental illness, opening up about mental health as a CEO, the importance of challenging the stigmas, and identifying limiting beliefs often connected to childhood memories. He shares about the work he and his wife have done together, and a beautiful story of how his 9-year old son's emotional awareness and intelligence when bullied by an older child, and how we model these principles in our home by becoming more educated and doing the work ourselves.
