Dr. Chris is joined by Mark Blackwell, American national motocross champion turned business  consultant.  After racing, mark returned to school to get his bachelors and masters in business administration. He has since helped companies like KTM, Polaris and Husqvarna to grow in success. Today he run this own business consulting company, Mark Blackwell and Associates. He and Dr. Chris discuss the lasting impact mentorship can have, Mark's passion for continuing to grow by helping others and how making the right decisions and choosing to work and surround yourself with good people helps take you down a path to success.
