Why do we procrastinate? It is because we are trying to stop certain behaviors and start new ones. 

It is because our brain goes into fear mode, wanting to give up because of the discomfort of the magnitude of change. It is easier to give up then to keep going forward.

This is exactly what I help my coaching clients with. I help them to overcome the fear, the procrastination, the limiting behaviors and beliefs so they can finally create a healthy brain and body.
