This week James is joined by Dr Mark Kotter, a stem cell biologist and neurosurgeon at the University of Cambridge. He is the founder and CEO of bit.bio, who have developed opti-ox, a benchmark technology for the efficient and consistent production of human cells for use in research, drug development, and cell therapy. He also founded cultured meat startup Meatable.
