#203 The Story of Joint Academy with Commercial Director Kyle Gatier 🦵

This week, James is joined by Kyle Gatier, a ‘simple salesman’ who has been fortunate enough to be inspired by some great people, and to have nurtured a passion for healthcare that has turned into a stubborn belief that we can all be empowered to do more to care for our health.



Over the past decade he has helped healthcare organisations through innovations in: digital healthcare;population health management;technology;and data & analytics, and been on a journey that has seen him move from corporate to scale-up businesses focusing on digital healthcare that achieves tangible patient impact.



Kyle is Commercial Director for Joint Academy, where he is leading its UK launch. Joint Academy is a digital clinic for chronic joint pain that has treated over 35,000 patients in its native Sweden and is backed by an impressive science and evidence base, including a recent first of its kind RCT study comparing digital care with traditional face to face care for osteoarthritis for patient in the UK.
