Kylie Aldaz and Matt Halverson - Keep Going

On this episode of the Headlamp Hour we talk with Kylie Aldaz and Matt Halverson - the incredible trail running couple based in Tuscon, Arizona. We discuss their backgrounds, including Matt’s Iowa farming upbringing and his continued role in selling tractors for John Deere. We talk about Kylie’s job as a recruiter at the University of Arizona, and her successful coaching business - Desert to Peak coaching. Kylie also opens up and tells the story of her difficult journey from drug addiction, losing her Mom, and eventually finding trail running.
