77. The Aging Gracefully Hat

Father Time marches forward whether we want him to or not. As he does, we can fight him tooth and nail; or we can yield to his power and embrace the beauty that comes with the wisdom of aging. Appreciating and valuing our loved ones, and learning from inevitable adversity and challenges we overcome. In this episode, Melissa and Kerri welcome Sharon Kay, a widow who has had to accept that her retirement years have and will continue to look differently than she expected; but, who has embraced the process and is aging with poise and grace we all can aspire to.
