As Amy Coney Barret take a seat on the high court almost literally on the eve of the election, and after Republicans broke with tradition and pushed through a last minute judge, denied Obama his supreme court pick and federal judges, and have thereby packed the federal courts- how should Democrats respond, and what would their options be if they take power?
