How long should a training block be?

Well there’s no easy answer to the question. Some train for up to 20 weeks for a race, some only a week or two. Personally I’m not a fan of too long training blocks when it comes to running. A better solution in my eyes is to … well, you’ll find out more if you listen to the episode.
