Technology has made life cushy. We have access to anything and everything we could ever need right at our fingertips.

Bethany did. She headed out on her own for a solo backpacking trip to intentionally put herself in an uncomfortable position. 

You can surprise yourself when you step outside of your comfort zone- that confidence can lead you to do some pretty amazing things.
