One aspect of IBS that isn’t often talked about is weight gain and weight loss. In general, resources and support for weight management while dealing with IBS is about as non-existent as support for IBS in mainstream healthcare. That doesn’t mean the help doesn’t exist, it’s just harder to find. However, today’s guest is an expert in helping her clients approach healthcare from a weight-neutral perspective while dealing with a digestive disorder.    In today’s episode, I am talking to Shana Spence, a fellow registered dietician nutritionist based in New York. Get to know Shana:   Nice to meet you! My name is Shana and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in New York. I label myself as an "eat anything" dietitian.
