An expansion to the existing anti-discrimination lawsuit has added temporary workers of whom California is suing on behalf. And California’s Department of Fair Employment & Housing alleges that Activision Blizzard has interfered with the state’s investigation stating that "documents related to investigations and complaints were shredded by human resource personnel".
