In Part 3 of our Amityville Haunting series we finally get to the haunting, which means we are going back to the year 1975. The house at 112 Ocean Avenue stood vacant for 13 months after the DeFeo murders until George and Kathy Lutz came along. 28 days later, they fled the home fearing for their lives. All members of the Lutz family experienced crazy, unexplainable things, like persistent swarms of flies in the cold winter months and green ooze that dripped down the walls.
