114: Faith and Works (Part III)

Warriors have long been renowned for attempting seemingly impossible feats with good cheer and a sense of absolute certainty in a positive outcome. How is this possible? 

The answer is found in the warrior’s awareness of the difference between attempting an impossible feat and believing they will not fail, while simultaneously taking the necessary steps to ensure they do not fail.

In other words, the warrior knows that their faith (believing they cannot fail) must be demonstrated in the application of their willpower (their work). In this sense, the warrior integrates faith and works in a profound way.
