For John Olson, ghosts weren’t a campfire story—they were part of everyday life. Growing up in a house where strange noises, shadowy figures, and unshakeable feelings of being watched were the norm, he learned early on to accept the paranormal as simply a part of reality. But acceptance soon gave way to curiosity.
As he grew older, John’s desire to understand what was happening around him deepened. His search for answers led him beyond his own home, as he investigated the haunted lives of others and uncovered just how common it is to grow up with spirits. The more he learned, the clearer it became—his story was just one of many.
Today on The Grave Talks, in Part One of our conversation, John shares his personal experiences from a lifetime spent surrounded by the unexplained.
