Do you ever feel Mom-guilt as a professional woman? Do you worry that you are not giving your kids the time and attention they deserve because you work full-time? Do you sometimes feel envy or resentment toward women who have chosen and are able to be stay-at-home moms? Maybe you can’t be the classroom helper, the field trip chaperone or make it to every single event for your children and you worry they are going to be negatively impacted by that.
How about this one…your career is really important to you and you feel guilty that you don’t want to be a stay-at-home mom. You impose guilt upon yourself because you “should” want to be with your kids 100% of the time instead of pursuing your career goals…
Or maybe you have to work full time in order to provide for your family, but you worry that you aren’t able to do both roles well. It’s important to you to be a great mom and a great worker, and you somehow feel like the two are mutually exclusive.
Are you now an empty nester and realizing that you worked so hard that you didn’t spend the time you wish you would have with your kids when they were younger?
Well, today we are going to dig in to this topic and speak truth over it. Turn up the volume, my guilt-ridden mammas, cuz you need to hear this word today!!
I hope this episode blesses you!
