Today we have a very special guest, Dr. Melinda Vandevort, host of the "Choose Your Next Yes" podcast.

Mel helps professional women learn to listen to God’s voice and know when to say yes to the career they've always wanted and no to everything else. She helps them clarify their purpose, and find the courage to pursue their personal and professional goals in midlife and beyond to reclaim the women they once aspired to be. 

Dr. Melinda Vandevort has been an educator for over 20 years. She moved into administration in 2016 when she realized her passion to be a school leader and help other teachers become the best instructor they could be. Melinda has a very strong passion for leading others into leadership. She also has a strong love of technology and started her podcast, Choose Your Next Yes, for midlife women who are ready to pursue God’s plan for their life now that their children are independent.

Melinda is a career transition coach helping women determine their spiritual gifts and talents and have the courage to put those gifts and talents in motion and pursue their personal and professional goals.
