Athlete, teacher and campaigner Mhairi Maclennan joins Elma, Scaz and Mike to talk about the work she is doing to make women's sport a safer and more equitable place. She almost quit athletics two years ago after suffering years of sexual abuse by her former coach - but she now has the Commonwealth Games in her sights. Mhairi's inspirational comeback has led to her most important work to date: The Kyniska Advocacy, named after the Sparta princess, to push through policy changes in women's sport.
