We return to the subject of our fourth season, with THE UNBEARABLE WEIGHT OF MASSIVE TALENT, a very-2022 movie where Nic Cage plays Nick Cage and stuff happens because he is a crazy actor people love, including drug lords! The guys who made it love Cage as much as the next podcast and parlayed it into a feature film! Is is fanfiction writ large or a flighty delight? Listen and find out with our expert opinions. Pedro Pascal co-stars as a wealthy Spaniard who pays Cage to fly over for his birthday. Hijinks with the CIA and acid trips ensue. 

On our first Cage Uncaged episode (S4 E1) we covered ADAPTATION, the Citizen Kane of 21st century meta films. We also covered VAMPIRE'S KISS. Not to spoil Unbearable Weight but Cage's exact hair in Kiss makes a comeback. Everything comes full circle.
