For this episode I spoke with Coss Marte, owner of Con Body, an NYC gym employing ex-convicts as trainers.

Coss told me about his growing up in the drug-invested Lower East Side of NYC during the late 80s and 90s, how he became involved in drug dealing from a young age and his progression up the ladder to the point of making $2million a year from his own drugs-delivery service. 

Coss tells about dealing with DEA, stick-up men, wire-taps, betrayal from within his team and how he eventually ended up doing a long prison stretch, where he turned his health and life around.
