Eric Montalvo is US based attorney who is currently in the process of taking legal action against the now closed boxing promotion company MTK (previously home to Tyson Fury, Darren Till and Carl Frampton) which is controlled by Dublin cartel boss Daniel Kinahan, who Eric alleges, used MTK to wash money coming from the proceeds of crime.

Eris tells us about the background of the case, how MTK has changed tactics during the proceedings, his plans to personally question individuals from MTK, how the DOJ reward for info on the Kinahan helps his case and the future of the case.
