Mompreneurs, moms, moms-to-be, anyone who knows a mom knows the guilt is real!

What is mom guilt? Why does it happen and how can work to manage it?

In this episode, I talk about my experience with mom guilt and tell listeners a story to teach us how to think about mom guilt and how we support other moms who may be experiencing guilt.

Once you become a parent, it is difficult to learn how and when it is okay to speak up for your own needs and are overwhelmed and stressed.  Isn't that mom guilt?

Anytime you are in a battle with your identity as an individual and a parent.  When you are a mompreneur, working mom, professional, you can have an extra layer of guilt because of your ambitions and goals or external expectations.

Learn how to:

  •  identify why you may be feeling guilt
  • learn strategies for overcoming guilty feelings
  • incorporate a few mindset shifts
  • give yourself permission to be happy

Also included in this episode are 10 affirmations for when you are struggling with guilt, stress or overwhelm as a mom.

As a mompreneur (and leader), it is crucial to learn how to work smarter in alignment with your goals.  Download my free workbook The Aligned Mompreneur Workbook with time audit << HERE >> to help you accomplish more goals with more happiness in your business.
