47 - From $288 to $30 Million: Gib Stewart's Quest for Success

About Gib Stewart

Roland (Gib) Stewart grew up in apartment complexes in Portland Oregon, Mountain View California and Santa Monica. After serving in the Army he searched for years to find stable employment. In 1977 he and his then wife risked their entire savings of $10,000 and loans from friends totaling more than $18,000 to invest in real estate. He retired from state government service at age 50 and started developing dental/medical office buildings. By 2017 they had assets of $30 million and were managing assets of over $70 million. Gib is now 76 and already this year has started four new initiatives. He recently authored the book: Learn Apply and Grow Rich available on Amazon.
