Catryn Becker welcomes Melanie Webb, Founder of WebbWell, to the show to discuss her journey in the health and wellness space. Melanie is a firm believer in weaving nature into health and wellness and has created a program called Mother Nature’s Gym to that effect.
Having grown up in Utah with a biologist father who took her birdwatching and insect collecting, Melanie has been immersed in nature right from the start. As she explains to Catryn, she worked in a more traditional aspect of the fitness industry before finding herself burned out by the constant drive to take on more clients and earn more. When she returned to nature and wove that into her fitness and health ideals, she realized her entrepreneurship calling.
