Today may be one of the best reasons why it is important to do that.

With all the insanity of the world today, if you don't create your own reality, and master the world going on inside your mind, you will go crazy.

I literally don't understand how anyone gets anything done without doing it.

In this episode, I explain what I mean by "creating your own reality" and how I have done this in my own life.
