03 - This Will Kill You, And Social Media Isn't Helping

In this episode, I'm going to talk about something that was killing me and I didn't even know it - comparison. Comparison will make you super unhappy and social media is nothing but comparison. It escalates the problem to whole new levels. The biggest thing that was making me unhappy was my comparison of others. And it was all coming from social media.
