What do you do if something happens to you which is so profound and powerful, but you have no way of explaining how you feel or you have nobody to explain it to? What if you experience blinding panic, terrible rage or numbing sadness and don’t know where it came from or how to make it stop?
Most of the time men are expected to “man up, grow a pair or never show weakness” they have been conditioned to stay in caves with no forum to bring this stuff up to anyone, let alone mates or family. When in this situation, it is the loneliest place in the world, struggling with an invisible threat that confuses without knowing where and who to turn to for help. It can be terrifying.
You don’t have to be alone; you aren’t alone. We’ve got you.
Who are we?
We are Nick Catt and Alan Corbett. We are two mates brought together by the beautiful game. Sharing a passion for coaching youth football, we bonded through the ups and downs of grassroots. We’ve seen a bit of life, not just from the touchline.
Hopefully we can make you laugh. Help you to realise you are not alone. Come on a journey with us and we can get through this mad life together.
