Wall Street labels unsophisticated and uneducated investors who can be easily exploited, 'dumb money'. These 'dumb money' socialites, existing in the margins of the internet, artificially inflate a 'penny stock' retailer 'GameStop' by investing all their life savings in it. Hedge funds, who bet in favour of the company going under, are now losing billions of dollars because of these 'dumb money' investments.
