What starts out as an undergraduate athletic career as a Buckeye has come full circle in her new position. Along the way, Rosalind has worked as an Intern Coach at Auburn University, an assistant coach at her alma mater, and the head coach of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Her story is one of leadership, mentors, support systems, and determination. We get into important topics around being a mom as a full time track and field coach as well as how to prepare for your first head coaching interview.
