Philip sits down to discuss his journey from the DFW area as a high school athlete to junior college in Kansas and NCAA coaches University of Washington and Texas Southern. After an interesting stint in the bobsledding world, Philip was offered the head coaching position at Ft. Scott where he leads today. We get into great conversations centered around recruiting, second chances, thinking outside the box, and more.
