Did you know that jealousy is a call to action? What if we changed the narrative of jealousy and saw it as an awesome superpower that is giving us awareness of an action that is possible to take?
When jealousy is in my world, the first thing I do is stop and notice that I’m not judging myself for feeling jealous. Then I get really, really, really curious. Remember: You cannot get curious when there’s judgment. Both curiosity and judgment cannot live together. When you release the judgment, then you can truly get curious.
Once I’m curious, I ask the question, “Is this relevant?” This question is magical and can open up so much space from the feeling and awareness of jealousy.
In this episode, I share how I’ve left a side gig after 6+ years and felt so left out and jealous of the new person who took my spot. I bring you episodes and events that are currently happening in my life and this is what’s going on right now. :)
