RESTART YOUR YEAR!

On January 1st, most of us have so many goals and dreams for the upcoming year. 

And now that’s it’s 3 months after the start of the new year. . . it’s a perfect time to check-in and restart your year! 

You can think about your year in sports terms. If our year was a football game, right now we’re in quarter 2 of the game and we just called a time-out to the ref. 

During your time-out, you can ask these 3 questions:

1. What’s working in your life right now? 
2. What’s not working in your life right now?
3. What can you add to your life right now that can create more? 

I invite you to create a new possibility in your life, your year and what constitutes a year.
