What triggers you girls? 

 

Oh I know this one too well. I can be at a birthday party, the music is flowing, I’m enjoying a yummy piece of cake, and BAMM. . . I get triggered by something someone says and it’s over. ;) The tears begin to fall and it’s time to get back up. 

 

In this episode, I share how the past week was difficult for me and how I got back. I share my 3 step process of what I did to get back up and return to me.

 

The 3 step process consists of the following: 1) Ask a question 2) Make a choice 3) Vision Your Day. Listen in to get an in depth

  • Step 2: Make a choice - When you are paralyzed with fear or hurt, sometimes the last thing you want to do is make a choice. Big or small, just make a choice and will lead you to get back up.
  • Step 3: Vision your day - Take time in your morning routine and evening routine to pause, close your eyes and vision your day. Use your imagination and your day and sleep will be so much better for it!
