Is the South African government going to censor some podcasts and YouTube material?

In this episode of the show I talk about the recent news story where the ANC has spoken of possibly censoring some online content. This is ostensibly in the wake of all the bad international press they have received. Platforms like podcasts and Youtube channels are exposing them, and they don't like it.
